Mark Stevens joined the Amherst Madison Team due to the shared belief that real estate is intensely local, and the brokerage’s culture of exemplary personalized attention and collaboration.
Although he has lived in small towns and big cities all over the country—from Wisconsin, Vermont and Virginia, to Georgia, Florida and Texas, as well as three years in Germany--- the Treasure Valley stole his heart nineteen years ago. As they say, he may not have been born in Idaho, but he got here as soon as he could! There is more than one reason the Treasure Valley keeps popping up on “best places to live” lists, and chances are, Mark can tell you about all of them.
Over his career Mark has made a career of putting others first, serving as an officer in the U.S. Army, as an executive for a leading homebuilder, and as a Real Estate Professional. His time in the Army instilled in him the necessity of service and dedication to mission, and his time in the home-building industry taught him the importance of accuracy with the bottom-line. His years of experience have honed his skills as an engaged listener, tenacious negotiator, and resourceful problem solver, allowing him to serve his clients with the utmost professionalism. He proactively seeks out experts in all areas of real estate, pressing forward to grow and to learn all he can on behalf of his clients. As a Certified Military Residential Specialist, he is proud to give back by providing special understanding to those who have served our country in the Armed Forces.
A people person who genuinely enjoys helping to turn wishes and dreams into reality, Mark’s communication skills are integral to his success as a REALTOR®.
